Lala Berjintan

Bahan-bahan:

1 kg lala
2 sudu besar cili kisar
2 sudu besar sos tomato
Garam secukup rasa
Gula secukup rasa
Minyak untuk menumis

Bahan-bahan kisar:

10 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar jintan manis
1 sudu besar jintan putih
1 sudu besar biji ketumbar
4 biji buah keras

Cara menyediakan:

1. Panaskan minyak.

2. Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga naik aroma.

3. Masukkan cili kisar, sos tomato, gula dan garam secukup rasa.

4. Setelah masak, masukkan lala.

5. Kacau rata dan pastikan lala betul-betul masak sebelum diangkat.
